Getting Things Done

It is becoming more and more surreal after every week that final product is quickly approaching. I have been going on weekly visits with my mentor and they have been going very well. I am starting to lay a good foundation for my curriculum and this week is the week where I start developing the components of the first unit. the first unit I am going to develop is called Basics of Corporate Law. It is the first unit that will be introduced in the class and I want it to be an overview of the topics that will be discussed throughout the year. Plus, my mentor gave me a good idea and told me to look into what classes corporate lawyers take in law school and discuss the structures of the work environment of a corporate lawyer. I thought it was a great idea since I was looking for more things to include in that course anyway. I don't know really where to start, but I think I am going to start researching those topics and then create the "assignments" for that specific unit. I am excited to finally bring my final product to life over the next few weeks!
