Exciting News!

I have very good news, I have finally found my mentor and I finished my Original Work project! My mentor's name is Sonia Srivastava and she works for the energy company Atos Syntel. I interviewed her in October and she offered me such a realistic insight into her job and the duties she performs on a daily basis. I really thought I made a good connection with her so I was thrilled when she agreed to be my mentor for my journey through ISM. I am excited to start conducting mentor visits because it'll give me a chance to get a real-life look into Corporate Law. plus, she will help me develop my plans for my final product that is based on my original work. Speaking of Original Work, I finally finished my project for original work. I wrote a synthesis paper that is based on the research I conducted about elective courses. My paper was designed to explain my findings and talk about how I used that research to create my own class, the Introduction to Corporate Law. I am so excited to continue designing the class hopefully for my Final Product. Looking back, this first semester has been a whirlwind of events, but I am so excited about what the second semester is going to bring.
